This spacious airy villa is set in its own grounds on the hillside above the valley of San Agustín, a peaceful part of the country side, only 5 minutes walk from the bohemian village of San José with its shops, banks, bars,…The best beaches, Ibiza town, playa den Bossa and San Antonio are all within a few minutes drive making it extremely well located.
The villa has three twin or double rooms (as required), two bathrooms, one is an on suite showeroom, a large lounge/dining room, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge, gas cooker and electric oven, coffee machine, micro-wave, washing a machine. Optional air conditioning, large 4 x12 swimming pool with lights Chill out, barbecue and sun terrace which is directly accessible from the lounge and main double bedroom.
The lounge-dining room has a TV, DVD, Satellite, radio/CD with i-pod connection, and Wifi.
The house is situated in mature gardens, at the end of a quiet cul de sac with great views to the valley of San Agustin and wonderful sunsets over the hills, and the sea in the distance.
A maid comes three times. Change of sheets weekly, towels twice a week, gardening and pool maintenance (All included in the price). Beach towels not provided.
