The traditional Ibizencan architecture is complemented by Moroccan characteristics, creating a wonderfully attractive house. All bedrooms and living spaces are equipped with central air conditioning. There are three televisions and complimentary wireless internet access. This magnificent property sleeps up to 16 people.
The expansive outside space features many terraces on two levels, a large swimming pool with diving board, BBQ, and fish pond, as well as several chill-out spots where visitors may completely unwind. A highlight is the one-of-a-kind and stunning Moroccan-style domed ceiling pool house complete with music system and restroom amenities – ideal for private parties.
Additionally, there is a Bali House where guests can escape the noon sun or have an evening beverage from the built-in refrigerator.
The seaside path with stairs down to the sea is accessible through the garden gate. Cala Pada and Niu Blau beaches are within a 5-minute walk down the coast and feature a variety of bars and restaurants.
Due to the structure of the villa and the separate entrances to guest rooms from the main house, the villa is also a great setting for parties, weddings, yoga retreats, and business meetings or seminars.
THE SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN AREA:
A big pool of 16m x 5m is encircled by a lovely patio furnished with various sun loungers and parasols. A bridge connects the charming Bali House to the pool. Next to the Moroccan pool house is a covered space featuring table tennis and table football. The gardens feature palm trees, fruit trees, and a huge grass lawn with vibrant flowers and cactus plants that is great for activities. Alongside the main patio is a big Argentinian-style BBQ. The entirety of the land is completely private.
THE MAIN HOUSE’S INTERIOR
The main house features an open-concept living area, dining room, and television lounge, as well as a fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the dining area. The main house has five bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: On the first floor, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, a television, and an en suite bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower. This bedroom opens out onto a spacious patio with an impressive garden and views of the sea.
Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor and features two single beds as well as a private bathroom with a single sink and a walk-in shower. Additionally, this room features a private terrace.

LA VILLE INTERIOR:

The Pool House features a huge living area and a chill out area. It features a music system, a refrigerator, a bathroom, and one adjoining bedroom.
