The estate is old, yet it is fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The house is family-owned, and you can tell the owner adores it. The house is repaired and upgraded every year. The house, however, remains traditional and Ibicencan, without sacrificing comfort.
Atzaro is nearby, while beaches such as Aguas Blancas and Es Figueral are only a 15-minute drive away.
You enter through an electric gate on the roof. You notice the view right away: it’s spectacular!
There is a swimming pool with cushioned wooden deck seats, an outside kitchen (which is larger than the kitchen inside!) and a dining table with shade. There’s also a huge swimming pool and a grill.
The house’s inside has been appropriately finished. Each of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom, and some even have four-poster beds.
Every room also has air conditioning. There is also Wi-Fi in the kitchen (albeit it is not accessible elsewhere due to the thick walls), an alarm, two cribs, and two lockers.
Cleaning service: once every seven days.
