The house is 450m2 in size and is divided into two storeys as follows:
⁃ Ground floor: Hall, living room with satellite TV and a huge sofa, as well as access to the porch, pool, garden, and BBQ area. Large, self-contained kitchen with a table for 8 guests and an exit to the outside. There is one bedroom with a double bed. 1 full bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities (washer and dryer)
Upper floor: A nice living area with huge windows overlooking the countryside, the pool, and the estate’s property awaits us up the stairs. There is a sofa, a fireplace, and a library. 1 master bedroom (with a 2×2 bed) with an en-suite bathroom and a big patio 1 double bedroom with a balcony and breathtaking views of the countryside and mountains. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a view of the countryside There is one full bathroom with a tub and a shower. All of the rooms on the upper floor, as well as the lounge, are air-conditioned.
On the outside of the property, there is a garden with natural grass and a saltwater pool, as well as hammocks and a covered pergola for leisure. A pergola with a BBQ, a refrigerator, and a table for 12 people. The back of the property contains fruit trees and a play area for the kids with a trampoline, play house, and sandpit.
This property is an excellent choice for a peaceful family vacation. A grocery is only a few meters away, and there are various beaches and coves nearby. Santa Eulalia settlement is 1.2 kilometers away.
