It is on a 1,500-square-meter lot surrounded by green space Located on two floors, the finca has a total surface area of 300 square metres, which includes two porches, a garden, and a swimming pool area that is surrounded by lush vegetation.
You’ll find the laundry room and outdoor storage in the back of one side of the house via four separate entrances. The porch, garden, and BBQ area are all accessible via the back door.
A large living/dining room serves as the hub of the house, connecting all of the other rooms in the house. Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, gas hob and cooker, oven and large pantry. Coffee maker. Tea kettle. Dishwasher. Microwave. Fridge. Freezer. The house has all of this.
With 6 single beds and 2 doubles, the house has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the terrace directly from the door of the room.
The house has two bathrooms, both of which have showers. One en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. 1 shower in an outdoor restroom.
The large sofas, tables, and chairs all have their own meeting area, so no one is left behind. Satellite TV, an iPod dock, and Wi-Fi are all available in the villa. Top-floor balconies and porches have wicker chairs and tables as well as an imperial table with a hammock hung in the perfect spot for sunset views.
On Ibiza, there’s no better place to laze around and soak up some rays than the exterior. Garden and loungers surround the pool, which has an outdoor bathroom with a toilet and shower for your convenience. In addition to a living room and dining area, there are numerous places to relax and unwind. On those warm summer evenings, you can enjoy a meal outside on the sofas, tables, and chairs, while also cooking on the BBQ.
Every seven nights, do a full clean-up, including fresh sheets and towels.
