In this villa, there are six bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. The house is both private and intimate because there are a lot of well-designed rooms and large common areas all over the house and the grounds. Building area 400 m2, land 2,600 m2. The villa is on the west side of Ibiza, near San Agustin. It’s about a five-minute drive to San Jose and 15 minutes to Ibiza town and the airport, so it’s easy to get around.
Beaches in San Jose, such as Es Torrent, Es Xarcu, and Cala Jondal, can be reached in about 15 minutes. The surrounding area is now a fully protected conservation area, making it a peaceful place to stay with marked walking and bicycle routes.

In the dining room, there is a covered terrace with two armchairs that are great for reading or having a drink at sunset.

An outside area for 12 people to eat and relax has a well-kept garden with orange and lemon trees, lime trees, and almond trees. There are also two terraces where you can relax and a private area in the lower garden where you can get away from the crowds.
In this case, there is a very modern security system with a motion sensor alarm. The garage is off the main entrance and can fit up to four cars. It leads to a large utility room with an 8kg load washer and dryer, as well as a lot of space for other things.
It’s cleaned every seven nights, with a new set of linens and towels.
